Upcoming True Crime Special - Valentines 2023 Back for One Night Only!

You guys have asked for it so I’m bringing back my original, 2023, True Crime Special to Steel City Comedy Club for One Night Only!
This was the night that changed my life. I’d been doing the Ghost Tours for a short while and I had the idea of doing an indoors, seated, true crime special.
I chose a fantastic selection of stories, from a shocking Victorian Serial Killer, to a 1980s crime that led to a national manhunt.
There’s also the tale of a murder that stumped local police, until a man handed himself in to confess, but things didn’t go quite as expected…
As always the evening combines humour, history, and true crime.
The original run of these stories, hosted at the gone but never forgotten Dorothy Pax, made me raise my game and, over the course of them, it gave me a confidence back in myself.
I will always be grateful to the team there for all their support.
So it’s going to be a whole lot of fun revisiting this original script, the set of stories that really did change everything, and the intimate setting of The Steel City Comedy Club feels an ideal new home.
It’s located beneath The Wig & Pen, and their Beaten Track bar, on Campo Lane. Please note that the Comedy Club is only accessible via stairs.
It’s physically in one of the grand Georgian buildings on Paradise Square so unfortunately is not the most accessible of venues.

Tickets are just £10 each, plus booking fee, keeping them at the same price they were back in 2023. Seating is allocated on a first come / first served basis.
